A resident of the East Lake community of Birmingham, Alabama has posted a list of what she’s learned since moving to that part of town. Among the observations is her newfound knowledge regarding shoes hanging from powerlines: 6. When you see shoes hanging over power lines it means somewhere nearby you can buy drugs.
