A Lower Rung of Shoefiti
John Hoff of Minneapolis points out on his Adventures of Johnny Northside blog that at least one shoefiti “artist” has lowered the bar on the game by hanging shoes from a “guy wire” rather than way up on a crossing power line. Are standards for shoefiti slipping, or is this an isolated incident?
