Vancouver, BC, Canada’s News 1130 takes a look at shoefiti in a recent news report:

Shoe-flinging is found around the world, from Canada to Colombia to Romania. It’s urban. It’s rural. Listeners have even started calling *1130 with theories. “Ask any highschool student. It means recent drugs have been brought into the area and they are available,” says one driver.

But News1130 may have cracked the code with an anonymous confession from a flinger in Vancouver. He says it is just for fun, stupid!
