Shoefiti Strikes Ventura Village
A pair of books hang from a powerline in the Ventura Village neighborhood of Minneapolis. This was one of three pair on powerlines within sight of each other. The area is not without problems. This pair hung above an an empty lot of a razed home.

Shoefiti Strikes Stillwater, Minnesota
A lone pair of shoes hang from a powerline along the St. Croix River in downtown Stillwater, Minnesota. This isn’t exactly gang territory. Chances are pretty good that this has more to do with local teens seeking notoriety among their peers than more nefarious signaling.
