Now I am in my fourties and watch how this phenom spread over the world. But, nobody could explain me what those hanged tennis mean! My grandfather used to said thats mean "drug dealer zone here" but I never saw people buying/selling drugs below those signs. Maybe we have a possible plot for the next X-Files movie!
