Jessica’s Shoefiti Theories

Jessica’s MySpace page offers a great brainstorm of shoefiti theories:
blog.myspace.com/mizkempka

Is this some teenager’s way of getting Mom to buy a new pair of sneakers? Was someone shoe jacked? Is there someone, working for the power company, whose sole job is to REMOVE tennis shoes from power lines? And….most importantly, why isn’t the person throwing the shoes way the hell up to the power lines, playing for the Dallas cowboys instead of wasting time festooning my neighborhood with used sports aparrel?

Which seems most plausible to you?

Shoes hanging from a power line usually indicate that some drug dealer lives nearby.
I had heard that for a while, and it was validated by the community service officer that helped set up my old neighborhood watch.
