Shoefiti Strikes North St. Paul, MN
North St. Paul’s main throughfare, Highway 36, is currently under construction that’s shut down lanes in both directions. While detouring through downtown N. St. Paul, I came across this pair of shoes hanging outside the library.
They’re in a high-notoriety location that doesn’t appear to be very sketchy, so I think they’re probably there for the notoriety more than tied to any nefarious activities.
