A blogger finds shoefiti romantic as she walks around town:

“We haven’t really had enough time together yet for you to see this, but I’m especially romantic about the city. I’m in love with every pair of shoes hanging from phone lines and every tag, and I’ll stop and look at them and take pictures of them. And every once in a while something amazing will happen, like meeting some kids on the street who offer you some whiskey on your ride home from work, or wandering through the old cemeteries in Montreal on a grey afternoon alone listening to perfectly sad music. Or someone showing you the owls sleeping in the trees on Bernal Hill.”
