Hanging Shoes Mark Murder Locations?
A student in Canada (not sure where, but it sounds like somewhere in BC) explains what shoes on an electrical wire signify:
Did you know that if you see a pair of
shoes hanging on a electrical wire it means someone in the near
proximity has been murdered? Apparently this is true and there has been
2 killings since we’ve been here O_o Scaryyy
