Boots and Flag on Power Line. A memorial?
I’m stepping aside from the shoes on a wire issue for a minute to look at shoefiti’s cousin Boots on a Wire. In this case, boot hanging on a wire next to an American flag:
A memorial?
This photo comes from Xenia McDermott of the Bronx, New York City. She doesn’t offer any theories on her blog about why the boots and flag are hanging from the wire.
Could they be a memorial to a fallen soldier?
