Telephone Shoes: Another Name For Shoefiti

NeoStarO1, posting on ResellerRatings.com’s forum uses the term “Telephone Shoes” to describe shoes hanging from telephone wires.

I think of them as Telephone shoes now cuz i see them all over the place.
However, NeoStarO1 has not figured out what they mean either.
