Shoes Hanging over Syringes in Los Angeles
I haven’t spotted any syringes underneath shoes in Minneapolis yet, but I think it’s just a matter of time. This blogger from Los Angeles ran into this situation yesterday, and links to her take on what they mean:
“I parked on the street this morning, then got out to see if the car was hanging over into the driveway.
It was. Plus there was a small syringe on the road near the front tire.
I changed spots, and didn’t notice until after school that there were eight shoes hanging from the phone wire nearby.”
